and in the neighbouring ‘World

testament to our performance and commitment to customer service

Director, Karen Maxfield has been an established local estate agent for over a decade. In 2005 she won the coveted NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) Young Estate Agent of the Year Award in association with TTC Training. This was after Karen studied hard and was accredited with NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Sales of Residential Property, as well as attaining the National Association of Estate Agents Technical Award. Karen is the 2010 First Lady President of the Bradford & District Auctioneers & Estate Agents Association. We strongly believe in the need for estate
agents to be qualified, which is why we invest a lot of time
and money in our staff training. Karen stated: “A new
industry is emerging. Estate agents have always been widely
criticised by the press and public for delivering poor standards
of service and paying little regard to estate agency law. It
is no longer good enough to be good, you have to be distinctive,
be different, and be qualified.” |

Andrea Watson has worked in customer service all her working life and has gained many qualifications in this sector as well as level 2 NVQ in Sale of Residential Property and is working towards her level 3 at present. She has lived in Baildon nearly all of her life and has a great wealth of local knowledge that is of enormous value to us. She is a friendly and outgoing person and is always willing to go that extra mile to be of assistance to both vendors and buyers alike. Marie Smith has worked for Maxwells Residential Ltd since we opened in 2005. She has worked in the Sales & Customer Service industry all of her working life. Having worked for a well known International Company for 18 years, before running her own business and has won Employee of the Year with her previous local employer for outstanding contribution to the business. This reflects Marie’s enthusiasm in which she sets about her work, where she goes above and beyond to help clients buy or sell their property. Having already attained NVQ 2 in Residential Sales, she is keen to add to her already outstanding knowledge. Marie has lived within the Shipley district for over 20 years, and is a familiar face at many of the local events.
