Bev and Chris Gilbey teamed up with Karen Maxfield in the second half of 2005 to create Maxwells Residential Ltd.
Karen was already an established local estate agent and had just been crowned ‘Young Estate Agent of the Year’. With nearly a decade of experience under her belt, Karen now successfully runs both residential sales branches in Baildon and in the neighbouring ‘World Heritage Site’ of Saltaire.

Meanwhile Bev has brought her wealth of lettings, land and new homes knowledge to the business and in February 2007 opened the Lettings, Land and New Homes dedicated showroom in Baildon. This has proved to be extremely successful attracting developers from a large area with its unique blend of individuality and practicality.
Chris has assumed the role of Managing Director. He is bringing to the business his leadership skills learnt while working for Blue Chip companies and is committed to making Maxwells Residential Ltd a forward thinking, proactive force to be reckoned with.
